Excellent, efficient service
As a first time user of such a parcels service, the experience was very straight forward indeed. The web site and the respective pages were clear and easy to follow, the prices competitive, and the whole transaction was quick and simple. A partcularly good feature was the online help 'chat room' where really helpful advice and guidance was available even very late at night. Overall an excellent and efficient service, thank you.
