    My first time and I loved it!

    I used Parcels2go for the first time last Thursday and I was really impressed with the communications and attention to detail not to mention the competitive pricing.
    I booked my delivery at 11am and received a confirmation email within minutes.
    I then went on to receive a further 5 emails updating me with the exact status of my shipment including the fact that the delivery was signed for at 10.30 Friday - day.

    I found the web site and quoting system really easy to navigate.

    As this was my first time, I used the on-line chat service twice and both times my questions were dealt with courteously and accurately.

    There is no doubt that I will use Parcels2go again and I recommend them to anyone looking for an efficient cost effective courier
