Excellent Service
This was my first time using the service.
Booked it all through the step through stage on your website, on the Sunday.
Hermes came and collected the parcel on Monday.
I was able to track the parcels progress through your website.
Parcel was delivered on Thursday.
Excellent and very easy, without having to bother to take the parcel to the post office and also pay a lot more.
Next time I have a parcel to send, I will be using their service again.
