I have and will continue to recommend Parcel2Go to friends, family and colleagues alike as they provide the best courier service at competitive prices, in a timely manner and are a real pleasure to deal with.
I have been using P2G for about a year now & have never had a problem. More often than not, parcels sent via their DHL 24-72 hour service arrive next day which makes my ebay customers extremely happy and if they are happy - I am happy! I have also used their UPS and Fedex services for sending things abroad, again, without any problems. The delivery and collection drivers are also well versed in providing parexcellent customer service, are friendly, extremely polite and will assist with any queries or issues with paperwork (e.g. customs documents). So, it's a win win situation for everybody!
The P2G website is extremely user friendly and much easier for tracking items than going directly to the couriers' own websites. The prices are very reasonable and there are also incentives, promotions and discounts for various things including sending multiple items. Oh, and let's not forget the free lunches delivered to your desk!
When I was new to P2G, I had to avail of the 'Live Help' feature on a few ocassions as I was just finding my feet and had made some silly mistakes like forgetting to print out the labels! The P2G staff were more than helpful in going beyond the call of duty in assisting me in every way that is humanly possible and then would would ask if they could help me in any other way. All I can say is that they must have the patience of saints!

reliable service
the prices are slighty more than i would pay at the post office but, the benefits areas follows : i don't have to find the time to go to the post office-the parcel is collected directly from me - reliability factor is 200% better than the post office so paying a bit extra is worth it - i can track my items with ease and also pass that benefit onto the customer - they can see if their is going to be a delay-which takes ithe whole process out of my hands.
excellent service i would highly recomend to anyone who has difficulty getting out to post items.
Cheaper then chips
The prices were very good, the cheapest i could find infact and as you accepted paypal which was an added bonus i couldn't find on the other website i had used. The collection was fast and i was generally very inpressed, the website is quick and simple to navigate and i would definately recomend a friend.
