We have used different company's before to deliver our parcels, and have had to take a day off work to wait for collections. But parcels 2 go give the option for dropping off locally, at your convenience. Also, as it's a week before Christmas, they didn't guarantee to deliver from Manchester to Portsmouth before the 25th. However, the customer had his package within 3 days. So i would recommend this company to anybody who sends parcels, as they will get value for money..... Keep up the good work.
