Parcel collection
I have used Parcels2go a few times and I have been more than satisfied, I usually book with HERMES, But this time I decided to change my courier to Collect+-Collect+Drop Off Service, which was a big mistake. at the time of booking it quoted book before Midnight for next day collection, I booked by 10.00am on a Tuesday for the next day delivery, but I had a email to say that it would be collected 2 days later on the Thursday, which was fine so I thought, but no one came to collect, so I rebooked it to be collected on the 12th. which was 4 days later, but again no one called to collect, so my advice to anyone thinking of using COLLECT+-COLLECT+DROP OFF SERVICE Then I would suggest that you think again, I will never use them again, so now I am going back to HERMES a courier I can trust.
