Live Chat Great Help
The company supplying me has used you do that I will receive the small parcel quickly. Having been supplied with a tracking code I was able to check progress over the 2 days. Concerned that I may be out for 30 minutes just when you were about to deliver I used your Live Chat help facility.
This was easy and speedy, and although you could not give me a (say 2 hour) time slot, you were able to reassure me.
For a fridge freezer delivery the delivery company I used privately (last year) phoned my mobile to let me know that they would be arriving in 30-40 minutes; this is a great facility, especially when delivering to people's houses.
