E bay experience made easy with Parcel2go

Selling on e bay has always been a rather daunting thought . Posting Parcels of different shapes and sizes has always put me off embarking on this new venture. However, I quickly became involved with this new experience and I must thank Parcel2go for making this experience an easy and rewarding one. I was faced with quite a few choices on the web to post my parcels and it was easily a no contest when I decided to go with parcel2go. As a newbie to e bay the thought of dragging large parcels to the Post Office filled me with dread and the price of delivering a slightly heavier and more awkward parcel was enoughto make me think twice about the whole experience. Parcel2go have been a delight to work with and I must give 10/10 to their process and ease of use. The steps in completing an order and physically delivering a parcel - large or small makes life so much easier and they even phone you to let you know when they will be collecting the parcel. In all my experiences of using this service they have been on time too - so no hanging around for couriers to appear on your doorstep. When they say a time they are there on the dot, unlike some couriers who do not specify an exact time when they will arrive to pick up your parcel. Timeliness in collection of my parcel is as important to me as the delivery to my buyers. Thanks to Parcel2go I have achieved an excellent rating on e bay and the feedback supplied from my buyers is always very complimentary and often mentions the speed of delivery. On top of this I have even had follow messages from their Lancashire HQ asking for feedback and whether I have had any problems. I am a person that can easily become frustrated if a service does not live up to expectations and value for money, but I must confess that Parcel2go have lived up to my ecpectations and I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone!
