The first of many.............
Stuck with a larger than usual parcel to send, I bulked at struggling with it to my normal service provider who I knew would just stick it on the scales and advise the price. Instead I decided to investigate the various door to door services on offer on the net, even though I thought that it would mean more effort inputting all my details onto a website and having nobody to raise the odd question with. How wrong I was. Parcel2Go came on the screen and nothing could have been easier. The easy to follow screens guided me through the process and my parcel was dully collected in the afternoon of the following day. Much more to my surprise the standard delivery that I purchased got to its destination around 250 miles away early the following morning (14 hours door to door). Even the recipient emailed me to say he was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service and was amazed to get emails from Parcel2Go advising of tracking and delivery. So, not only will my large parcels be going by this means in future................!!
