Wow!

I really needed to post 6+ items and I couldnt carry so many heavy parcels to the Post office (my preferred method). I started searching the internet for cheap couriers since someone suggested the idea to me. I checked all websites and came across parcel2go, I was a bit put off thinking the prices are too good to be true and the delivery services are unreliable! I phoned up the next day and the representative guided me through the process of registering my parcels and arranged a courier to come the same day before as I called before 12.30pm. When the courier (DHL) came I was surprised as everything was so instant! He took my parcel away in one go and all I did was pay through PayPal, it was such a peace of mind that I know that firstly I never have to walk out of the house lifting heavy parcels and secondly Ive saved so much money compared to Royal Mail services! My customers thanked me so much since they received their parcels the next day and were really suprised how quick they received them! Thank You parcel2go, your services are amazing!

I was looking for an alternative way of sending a package to a UK address, which was cheaper than Royal Mail and didn't involve me having to queue up (...usually for the best part of an hour!...) in my local Post Office. I should also mention that my requirement came during all the atrocious snowy weather we had in January, and yet everything worked fine - the package was collected and delivered as planned - I was very pleased - thank you! Delight to Deal With

What a pleasure to find a company with some good old fashioned Customer Service. From the outset i found the website very easy to use, it was very customer orientated. The prices were very good value for money, being a good few pounds cheaper i wa a little comcerned at first as to the service i would recieve. I need not have worried, the collection was as they said, i was kept informed throughout as to the progress abd final delivery. I used the Live Chat which i found great (Thanks Sara) i also spoke directly to Linda who was very customer focused (thanks Linda). I found this site easy to use, very competitive with other couriers. Excellent service, good clear instructions. Very fast pick up, with speedy delivery. Good communication, with emails, when it was picked up, and when it was delivered and who signed for the item. Excellent al round service. would recommend to friends.
