I'm a happy customer
I was happy with the price, the short amount of time it took to send my parcel and that it was collected and delivered from door to door. If I have to send again, I'll choose you, if there's no other company that does it for less. Price is still the biggest issue.
The only thing I was annoyed with, was that I could not get a specific time for when the parcel would be collected. I just go the answer "between 9-5.30". That means someone has to sit inside the house for all those hours just waiting. To get a more specific time, with a range of two hours would make me an even happier customer, for ex. between 10-12. That way I can make plans for the rest of my day.
