I have never used a courier before as I didnt understand how it worked so it seemed easier to use the post office. I sell items on ebay regularly and have had a few problems with the post office and lost money due to items not being delivered. So I thought I would give a courier service a go, hoping the itme would be delivered in time for christmas (post office already told me it was too late) I cant believe how easy it is to use this service! I booked and paid for my large parcel to be collected on friday. I had an email confirmation, it was collected midday friday 16th dec, and the package arrived at its destination today (monday 19th dec). I am so happy with this service, it was very cheap, the driver who collected the parcel was very nice too. A great service, will use this from now on!
