Excellent, efficient economic and effortless

Will certainly use again for my tracked parcels. The website was clear and easy to use, with plenty of delivery options and insurance levels. Booking and payment is straightforward, and the heavy'ish parcel was promptly collected from my door. I was able to track the parcel throughout it's delivery phases to the point of actual delivery. All in all - an excellent service.'

First rate experience

I used city link via parcels 2 go to arrange the collection and then delivery to myself after purchasing an item from a well known online auction site, the person i bought the item off gave me an incorrect post code and i used the live online help to resolve the issue the item was collected on thursday and delivered within a couple of days, great price and certainly value for money. I would highly recommend the use of parcels2go to any one thank you.
