What a great service
This is the first time I have used a courier service and took a note of the Hermes advert from ebay.
Once packed, my ebay item was easy to register with the company and as this was a Sunday I thought collection would be delayed. No way! Collection was next day -- early afternoon -- which was ideal for my partner, whose a late riser, and 'out of bed' at time of collection!!
The delivery was within the 3 days and arrived in 'as sent' condition. I am very impressed with the service and will continue to use with 'larger/heavier' items as I will be selling many more through ebay. I am intending to add the Hermes logo to my 'larger' items for sale.
The only critisism I have is that the website does not ask for an am or pm collection - as this would of course assist my partner in her sleeping habits!!!!
The young lady who collected our parcels this week (I have sent 3 more since Sunday) was very pleasant & helpful -- and we couldn't ask for a better service.
I will certainly recommend this service to all relatives & friends.
