The website information is clear to begin with. I also used the online chat feature to check on a detail (insurance cover limits) and had quick and clear replies from knowledgable staff.
I will be returning to Parce2Go the next time I need any item collected/delivered as the service is first class.
Easy choice
The website is easy to search through, you get your choices clearly shown, and connection to the courier service of your choice is simple. Follow up tracking made it all clear what was happening and delivery was on time.
Great Service from Craig M
Website good, however, could not complete the transaction on line, had to report problem. Forty minutes later still no response from customer services regarding sending me an invoice. Has put me off using Parcel2Go again. Contacted Live Chat and thank goodness for Craig M, who sorted the problem out.
Lifesaver
I waited in the longest queue ever with a box of souvenirs, eager to send my French trivet and hardcover books back home to Los Angeles. The price quoted by Royal Mail, with adequate insurance, was higher than the cost of my parcel's contents! Hoping to my conceal my outrage, I politely thanked the clerk for her time and set off to find a reasonable way to get my goods where they needed to go. With a little bit of research, I found Parcel2Go, having been favorably mentioned in a forum about mailing packages from the UK to the USA. I tried it, and it was so easy I was a bit skeptical about its efficacy. For about 1/3 of the price quoted to me by Royal Mail, DHL came to my door, and, before I knew it, my parcel had been successfully delivered. Incredible value and service. Thank heaven for you, Parcel2Go!
I'VE FOUND A TREASURE!
Could NOT believe how reasonable the prices are. I post a lot of things from Brighton to Manchester as my family all live there and I've been using Royal Mail and paying silly prices AND have spent so much time trying to track things that haven't been delivered on time (in one case a WHOLE MONTH late and that was for someone's birthday - very annoying) I WILL definitely be using your service in the future for anything that requires delivery up North. The website was very easy to use, the courier collected promptly and was really friendly and courteous and the package was delivered safely. It was supposed to be be delivered within 48 hours but it arrived the morning after the 48 hour limit BUT I still think that was brilliant service for the price I paid and I will most certainly recommend you to friends and family. I DO BELIEVE I'VE FOUND A PROPER TREASURE : )
