Overall Delivery Time
I liked the service very much and will use again (it will now be my default service). My only (minor) 'dissappointment' was although the parcel was collected the day after placing the order on a Sunday! I was suprised that it took a further three days before it was delivered. However, compared to PO Standard Parcels the service was outstanding and no slower. Considering the fact that the parcel was both collected, delivered, with full tracking, and cost far less than Standard Parcels (where you undertake the 'collection' process) I can see why the PO is in such a problem state.
