The website is so simple to use I couldn't believe how quick it was to arrange my parcel delivery to Italy. I did it in the evening and the courier collected my parcel at 9.30 the next morning. It's great value too, the Post Office quoted £65 but with Parcel2Go it was just £35. A friend recommended Parcel2Go to me and I will definitely use them again.
