I found it a bit difficult, as I did to have a parcel collected from someone I did not know, and have it sent to me. you dont always have "their" personal details at hand when filling out your form. If this could be made easier I may use your service even more.
As an example, you want to buy something on Ebay that is collect only, and you do not know the exact size, weight and other details, or when they are going to be able to be there to despatch it etc.Some people dont want to be bothered gathering lots of information and sending it to others, they just want you to pick it up . It might help if your driver/collector carried the advice labels with him to stick on the parcel, mine was sent to me and I then posted it to the collection address. Anyway I managed to get round it,and was lucky my seller was cooperative and it all worked out fantastic. Will use again soon S BROWN
