Parcels delivered safely by Hermes within the stated period. Excellent value for money. Impressed by the detailed, real-time tracking system- it is reasuring to know what is happening to the parcels en-route. Will use again. One suggested improvement-to be able to take the parcesl to the local collection point to avoid having to wait in all day for collection
