Well done Parcel2go and DHL@Home
I was delighted with the service provided by Parcel2go.com and DHL. They provided an efficient and excellent value for money service for the parcel I sent. I was kept in touch by emails from parce2go and able to track the parcel online at every stage of its journey once it was in the custody of DHL.
Two comments.
First, I noted that the DHL panels on the parcel2go website were not annotated “Printer Required” whereas panels for some other couriers were marked. When you get onto the DHL website they do say that a printer is required so that you can print out the label.
Second, I was puzzled by the fact that parcel2go seem to have put my order to DHL through twice. I thus receive duplicate emails from them and the DHL courier had two requests to collect.
