Great Service and Prices
This is my first time using an online postage service and i found the whole experience painless and easy. The parcel was picked up and delivered promptly. If i had any issues, it would be with parcel tracking. You need to use the tracking number from the service you have choosen not the Parcel2go number. It wasn't immediatlely obvious how to find this number, but i eventually found it in my invoice e-mail. It was the number placed next to the 'View/Print Label' link. This could be highlighted a bit better.
Overall a great servicefthat i would certainly use again.
