Good Service
There was a mixup with the pickup and they missed it first day, but rescheduled for the next day. Glad was sorted out. Prices were competitive compared to similar services offered by other companies, and very easy to book a collection.
Like the fact that various options offered while booking a service so you can chose depending on your budget, urgency and parcel size.

This was the first time I used Parcel 2 Go to send a large parcel, It was easy to set up arrange for collection & the cost was really good from now on i will only be using Parcel 2 GO.

Great service to USA!
We needed a private delivery service to the USA. Speed of delivery was not of the essence on this occasion but in fact, we were blown away by the parcel got there in 4 days. Fantastic work when compared with the Royal Mail service and heaps cheaper! We will definitely use you again for our Christmas presents to USA.
Outstanding
Never had to do this before, and this was so straightforward. The courier called to let me know when he was collecting, was punctual and professional. The package was easy to track and I watched it travel around the world and be signed for at the other end!
I would not hesitate to use this service again and would certainly recommend it as being efficient, professional and for doing exactly what it says on the box!
