I couldn't believe how easy it was to use especially as it was my first attempt. I was kept informed at every stage. The item I was sending wasn't easy to transport as it was an aluminium cycle rack and couldn't be packed or boxed. The tracking information I had was spot on, and thanks to Luke at the Llanelli depot for his communications. The rack arrived in perfect condition and the delivery driver was very helpful. The website was simple to use and the price I paid was incredibly low. I highly recommend- 10/10
