what a service!!!!
well what a service. I arranged collection of my parcel (which was easy to do online) the couriers did not collect. I received an email at 17.20 to say they had been twice without success. but in fact they had not been at all. After finding no contact numbers anywhere i had to use the online live chat/help which was slow in response. i arranged recollection for the next day but once again the couriers did not turn up. As i was paying for a 24hr service i expected the parcel to have been delivered by now!!! Again on live chat the same responses were coming through "we do apologise" "we can rebook for tomorrow" i was told. I had already spent 2 days waiting in and with no time slot allocated it really was all day (9-5.30). A refund was made and i will now book with a reputable company that actually help. i will add whos fault this is i do not know, it may have been down to the couriers alone (city link - next day service) or both parcel2go and them. An easy to find telephone number would certainly be an advantage.
