Fantastic Service but spoilt by grumpy DHL Collector
Website was really easy to use. My choices of service clear and the service I chose (DHL) was very competive.
Good choice of collection dates. I recieved regular emails to keep me updated of the progress of the parcel.
Shame about the lady who collected the parcel who glared at me when I asked her to step into my front room to collect the moderately heavy parcel as I have a disability and was unable to carry it to the door. She did it but with very bad grace. (making me feel embarrassed)..She did not smile once and only spoke to instruct me to sign and print my name.. a "good afternoon" would have been nice...
However, she was only one person.. and generally I was happy with everything else so I will use the service again..
