Five Star service
I needed a part collected from Coventry, which was bought on a collect only basis. The online text system told me which service to use, and after that it was just a case of following the online instructions and making the payment on line.
The cost was competitive, and the only worry I had was that the supplier did not respond to my email advising collection day, no fault of P2G. As it was it was collected on the Friday as requested, and arrived safely with me on the Monday, a delivery I could not have complained about with any courier. I checked the delivery status on line with live text on Sunday and was advised the parcel was at my local depot, and when tracked using tracking system for DHL on Monday morning I was advised the parcel was out on vehicle for delivery.
I had not used P2G or DHL prior to this although I had received parcels by DHL, and I can only say that I was suitably impressed and would not hesitate to use the service again.
The delivery driver was very helpful and polite and this is the man at the sharp end of the service, top marks to him also.
