London to Melbourne in 21/2 days
As a first time user of DHL Worldwide Express I was particularly pleased with the cost, pick up and delivery of a bulky irregularly shaped package weighing 3.6 kg for a 17000 KM journeyfrom London to Melbourne.
I had earlier researched the costs of sending the package and found DHL the cheaper by a good margin. I easily navigated their website, completed the forms required and sent labelling and pick up instructions to my London contact.
The parcel was collected at 11 am local time and was delivered in Melbourne at 2 pm about 60 hours real time after collection. I have never had a faster turnaround time from the UK, especially for a package. Well done.
I have no hesitation, on the basis of this experience to use the service again and recommend it to others.
