Great Timesaver!
This was my first use of Parcel2Go and overall I am very pleased with the service. I used the Hermes UK Economy service and integrated the service into my ebay. It downloaded the shipping details quickly and then simply offered all the services available for the shipment...Easy!
The Hermes delivery lady was polite and friendly and eager to help. She gave us her mobile number so if we miss her she can pop back to collect. Much nicer than some of the more mainstream couriers. Parcel was also delivered on the following Saturday which was good.
Nice: Payment sevice remembers my card details for use again and does not ask for the silly Mastercard SecureCode password whch never works!
Not-quite-there-yet: Order confirmation emails don't have a link to track the individual parcels, ie. A 1-click tracking link.
Not-so-Nice: The 5% ebay discount only applies when you paste a link in for each listing number... Terrible idea! As a business seller with multiple listings this is really inconvenient, time-consuming and would be much nicer if applied to the account once they had checked out just 1 listing like other sites do.
