Good value service
The price for the service is very reasonable. Helpline staff were most flexible in making a change when I realised I had input the wrong date for collection.
The only problem was I was unsure whether I could track the parcel or not. The tracking screen asked for a parcel number, but it wasn't clear what this was - except stated NOT to be P2G number. No numbers I could identify worked with the tracker, so I couldn't do it. Need to make this clearer and easier to use.
