Brilliant service to a non-commercial customer
I needed to get some skis from Surrey to Scotland. Parcel Force would not touch them (too long). Another courier wanted double what the skis were worth. Someone said "Try TNT". The whole system from booking, labelling, punctual pick-up, next-day delivery, all worked like a dream - and at modest cost. And user-friendly too for the "amateur"
I really don't know how they can do it for the money these days. And all so very efficient.
