Easy and On time
The web site was far easier to use, I tried at least three others.
Delivery was next day as per agreement
Driver who collected was polite and helpful.
Cons. I printed one copy of consignment note as requested, two copies are actually required, one for driver and one for a receipt to keep, this caused a small delay while a copy was made.
It would be an improvement if collection could be defined to a window, ie 2 hours or a.m. p.m. so you are not tied to the house.
Would use again.
