Excellent Service
I am a first time user. Everything at my end was perfect. The website and the range of delivery products detailed on the website were very easy to understand. I chose TNT Express on account of delivery promises and price. The parcel, containing the items sold on Ebay, was collected on time and delivered on time. However, now came the problem. A part of the one of the contents was broken in transit despite great care being taken over the packing. The insurance claim was dealt with on line and at great speed following the submission of photographs : it took only a few minutes for the claim to be accepted. A very smooth operation. I will certainly recommend the website to my friends or to enyone who reads this feedback message.
