Non collection - BUT what customer service
I booked a City Link collection for £8.99 + vat (very cheap if you shop around). This was booked on a sunday afternoon for collection mon all was fine until City Link failed to collect on the monday. I contacted Parel2go Tuesday morning via the live chat link (very useful) and within minutes my delivery was rebooked.
Feeling unsure as to wether City Link would actually collect contacted parcel2go again via the live chat and was assured everything would be fine.
And then TA-DA collection on the Tuesday
Overall i cannot fault parcel2go at all, the customer service via the live chat was 5 STAR, the guys and girls there use PLAIN english no jargon or sales banter, its just straight to solving your problem or just helping the customer.
Well Done parcel2go. You have just earnt another regular user
