Quick and painless

Used Parcel2go to arrange a Hermes courier to send an eBay item I sold. Price was good and website was very easy to use. I would definetely recommend Parcel2go to friends and family.

Quick and efficient and no fuss

I ended up choosing a pricier package to have my 3 parcels delivered as it was the only one that didn't state a printer was required, however it later said i needed to print labels, which annoyed me a bit as i could of ended up paying less than half the price i did pay. otherwise a very quick quality service.

straight forward

Booking on the web was straight forward. A bit disconcerting that the pick up time window was specified as 7am to 7pm. Luckily, the van turned up soon after 10am (read somewhere that a text would be sent to my mobile before the driver arrived but it did not happen). My Ebay buyer was happy with the delivery. It would be much more customer-friendly if a parcel pick-up time window of say 4 or 5 hours can be specified.

Speedy no hassle delivery

With my best friend having moved to France, I need a reliable parcel courier to deliver her parcels of all the English things she misses out on! This time I used Parcel2Go and it was reasonable and hassle free. They collected on time and it arrived 2 days later in France. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you.
