Good Service
Computer instructions were simple enough and the price was exellent and the customer service was very fast as i used the live chat to ask a question and had an immediate response. BUT, the FedEx collections driver was not a very good experience! He said i had the wrong labels printed out and attached to the parcels (which i had printed from the P2G instructions) and that other paper work, that should be included in triplicate, were missing. The driver asked me what was in my parcel and when i informed him that there were various items that also included chocolate, he said 'i'll have the chocolate' & repeated that statement 3 times ...and of which he did not look or sound like he was joking. I had to fill out a detailed form, from the driver, (the same information as i had given to P2G on line) and felt the whole experince very upsetting leaving me to think and feel that the driver was going to open my parcels in search of the chocolate! I will not be using Parcel2Go.com again & will pay the extra and use The Postoffice delivery service!!
