SO EASY TO USE!!
I have never used a courier before for any reason. Then I sold a large and valuable item and needed to courier to London. I was very dubious about the whole thing and when originally searching I found the prices quoted were very expensive.
I noticed Parcels 2 Go website- which is really easy to use, couldn't have been more simpler for me. It beat the prices from a wide variety of sites I looked at, emiled throughout to confirm and keep me updated and then as agreed the courier arrived to collect.
The only thing I can say would need improvement is the label they recommend you print off to ensure your parcel gets to its destination. It is tiny! My own A4 labels in a document holder were more than enough and clear. I printed off anyway just in case.
I would definitely use again and recommend to other people.
