Great Service
I recently used parcel2go to send some gifts to the Maldives. I had never sent anything overseas before and looked around a lot of sites for prices before deciding on this one. I was amazed at how easy it id to find all the informatin you need and to get a quote.
The courier came on the day I had booked and was very helpful with the customs documntation I asked him to double check for me. 4 days later and the gifts arrived safe and sound.
I will be using using parcel2go again soon and am already recommending you to friends.
Customer service
This is my second time using parcel2go but the first time I've had to contact customer service and boy was it worth a call!
I used the online live help feature which was helpful but couldn't deal with my query. They advised me to ring the call centre and what an unusual experience that was. I was on hold for 30 seconds which isn't long in my book and my query was dealt with quickly by the advisor who was helpful ad friendly.
I wish all customer service was like this!

The service and communication from parcel2go.com was second to none. However, the parcel was sent on Next Day delivery basis by TNT. The parcel should have arrived on the 9th March - but unfortunately, it didn't arrive on the 9th or the 10th! When I made enquires with the courier, a very polite and helpful operator told me that the parcel hadn't been delivered due to "the driver having ran out of delivery time" on BOTH days! One day I could understand, but two is just not acceptable - especially with no communication from TNT to advise me as the sender, or the receiver. By this time the delivery had become urgent, and the adviser spoke to the depot, ensuring the parcel would be put on priority for the 11th. I'm happy to say that it has finally arrived, but am disappointed that TNT can advertise and charge for a Next Day service, and then not meet their obligation (or promise as they use repeatedly on their web site). I would have rather paid more, to a courier that I could have depended on to deliver the service I had paid for!!! It also seems wrong that they're giving their drivers a work load target that can't be met! Unfair all round!
So Easy
So I sold a bulky item on e-bay, how to send it? well a google search for couriers gave me a few alternatives and after looking at a few I chose P2G, typed the details, got the quotes for a variety of couriers, chose one. paid, printed the label, had e-mail confirmation straight away and the courier picked up the parcel as arranged. It was all so easy.
