Easy to use website but the last stage, after payment, should show confirmation that the order has been successfully processed. It was not until receiving an email that I was aware that I had placed my order.

Excellent, booked easy (for pick up at work), told reception at work to expect em, they called me, gave em parcel, it was there next day, sweet!

Sending a parcel to Australia
I used Parcel2go.com recently to send a parcel to my son in Australia. I had checked prices at the post office and was surprised to find that Parcel2go was half the price.
Using the website was so easy and the parcel was collected from my home.
I was able to track my parcel on its journey and my son was advised by email that it was on its way. Despite sending the parcel over Easter there was no delay and had reached its destination quicker than we had expected.
I would recommend Parcel2go to everyone and my son was so impressed he will also be recommending to his friends in Australia.
