Easy & Reliable
I found this such an easy system to use for collecting my heavy parcels. Was sceptical that it wouldn't work as it seemed too cheap, however, 'Wow', no hassle and great service.
Only thing is when I thought as was done, I got an email just saying that the courier said it was fine to pick up, even though I had paid, confirmed and be ok's for the delivery, I thought they had cancelled - so when you get the confirmation from P2G, it would be good that they have already checked with the carrier of your choosing that the slot you want is avaiable.
apart from that, I would highly recommend the service.

They were just perfect !
After reading so many bad reviews over the internet, I was skeptical about using Parcel 2 Go, however I decided to take the risk as I really did not want to 'carry' my luggage from London to Aberdeen.
- The collection was done promptly on the designated date.
- The delivery was done in 2 days I think, which is not bad at all!
- I had a last minute change in my schedule and hence had to wait back in London for a week, so I called customer care to ask what would happen to my luggage, since there was no one at the delivery address. The customer service emails were quick and polite.
- My luggage was attempted to be delivered thrice ! and the third time I was at home, so I got it.
- My luggage arrived intact.
- I must mention that the collection and delivery staff were extremely helpful and friendly!
I would use parcel2go again and again !
