Good result eventually
Booked prior to am cut-off time for same-day pm collection. It didn't happen. However, re-arranging for following day was very easy and successful. Items delivered to destination next day. However, the lack of collection on the booking day has cost me a day down-time, which is a frustration....as was waiting for a collection that didn't come,
Overall, missed collection aside, a very good experience.
